'Crust & Crumble Pizzeria' originated from a single vision: to share genuine Neapolitan pizza with London. Established by the Rossi clan in 1985, our pizza shop has always been a cozy, family-guided venture, preserving recipes passed on for generations.

Marco Rossi, our creator, perfected her pizza-craft while exploring Italy, learning from celebrated pizzaiolos in Naples—the home of pizza. After her journey back to the UK, her ambition was to replicate the essence of traditional Italian pizza, embracing old-world techniques and top-tier ingredients.

From its humble beginnings as a quaint pizzeria with only 12 seats, it has bloomed into a cherished neighborhood gem, yet the devotion to top-notch quality and genuineness remains constant. We continue practicing the art of wood-fired ovens, preparing our dough from scratch every day, and choosing the most exceptional ingredients available.

Today, 'Crust & Crumble Pizzeria' is still under the stewardship of the Rossi family, with its second generation at the helm of our zealous crew. While modern approaches have been adopted, the core of what we do stays unchanged: forging scrumptious, genuine pizza that unites people.
